Today someone brought in two worm bins as a donation because they are moving out of the country and can no longer take care of them. We harvest the red worms and use them in our school program. Also today, the Vancouver Park Board delivered wood-chips to us. We use these chips on our paths which are very muddy after the winter rains. City Farmer.

Lauren is a Human Kinetics student at UBC, a certified personal trainer and a member of Canada's National Track Team -- 400 meter hurdles.
